But after 6 days of being crook, unless it's something really serious, he should be over the worst of it and he's not coughing, not blocked up, he's eating and appears to be functioning alright, but does look a bit off. If it was me I'd just finish off the trip. Each to his own though, just seems strange if it is just a sickness though.

I once was really ill on a flight to Dubai from Bangkok with Emirates... luckily I was in Business class and it was an evening flight so fellow passengers got their heads down....only embarrassing thing for me was all the flight attendants were sat right outside the toilet...after three rather quick visits I think they knew the score. I took a full box of anti diarrhea tablets. Then when I got to Dubai I had to dash again in the lounge...I felt right sick so I seen a Emirates staff member to see if there was any medicine I could take...she took me to the underground medical centre. I was seen to by a doctor and because I had a 7 hour transit they put me in a small room with a bed...hooked me up to a drip then told me to sleep...5 hours later they took me to the plane for Newcastle. When I asked about insurance they said it was free. Happy days.

I got really sick in Morocco and flew on my death bed to Seville. I collapsed getting off a plane. I had an ambulance rush me to hospital, I was in hospital for 9 nights. It cost me nothing. I didn't have to use my insurance. Should be free if you go to public hospital.
