I'm sure you don't mean it like this, but it's really annoying when people 'hope to see the old Ben back' when I've shared over and over again that 'old Ben' was so anxious and depressed I literally had to kill him in order for me to now be happy and peaceful, if you mean 'Ben that uploaded regular KZbin videos that I enjoy watching' then say that. I'm not the same Ben I was even last week, I'm actually more ME than I've ever been, and 'old Ben' was insecure, depressed, anxious and didn't have a clue who the fuck he was, he was very very good at pretending he was ok and confident but inside he was insecure and clueless. Please, I've done a lot of work to let go of old Ben, I invite you to do the same, in fact I invite you to check in with it was about 'old Ben' that you connected with that you loved so much, and find that within yourself rather than relying on others to do that for you. I know I know, it's probably 'not that deep' I get it, but you're talking about me, a human being, not just some dude on a screen that isn't real. Ben.. Allow me to venture to suggest. Conscious Connected Breathing. I had an old friend back years ago..very new ages..but on her side was that she was a Psychiatrist..healer, intuitive artist..etc. I had been having bouts of PTSD..she mentioned breathwork..I just blew her off..till I finally knew I needed help.
