I typically don't address these things but it genuinely upset me and I wanted to be up-front with you. I could go even into further detail that would require me to make an even longer video, but I think this covers the core of it. To those who feel let down, I'm sorry, and as I mentioned in the short , I'll be uploading the hide and seeks in raw and uncut format going forward. This will undoubtedly be at the expense of entertainment quality but I would rather regain any lost trust and also save myself the anxiety of waking up to cheater comments when I simply just...screwed up. Thanks for hearing me out. EDIT: I did genuinely misunderstand the rules in one of the other guys' videos, and although I haven't watched their videos, I am certain we had covered that publicly and they kept that in for context.

As others have said, the video was entertaining and mistakes happen. And there'll always be people who call cheat. Next they'll be asking to see raw footage from downloading the map to end recording, in case you sussy folks CONVENIENTLY cheese a real-good first-explore spot. Still, good on you for owning the mistake and in a lovely way too. If you're going to change your style of footage/video, I hope you do it because you want to and/or believe it'd be of benefit to the audience. Perhaps even compromise and edit a bit to say "dead silence" in a funny way. I won't say no to more Kosmo content but there's more options than just raw-footage or your current style. Anyway, love the vids and love the fun and genuine friendships that come through. Hope to see it continue.

Seriously anyone who calls you a cheater about a game that is played amongst friends with no actual prize is the problem not you. Kan "cheats" all the time it is meant to be entertainment not a dissertation on ethics. Dont let peoples negativity adjust your mood or how you post and present your content.

It wouldn't have been so bad if kAN was just in the distance at the edge of your screen, but no, he's in the center of your screen, practically breathing on your face. This was definitely one of the funnier Hide n Seek videos, that's for sure!

Yep. intentionally cheated at 6:10 and definitely made a lot of jump cuts definitely because I was cheating just to get last place this whole week and not because there was copious amounts of dead silence and you couldn't even hear their hints because my game audio was so low lol.

Even though some people have accused you of cheating, I personally don't see it that way. There is a difference between turning your hud on, only looking at the time clock and not paying attention to the rest of your screen, and just by chance having someone or both players nametags within your screen is just pure bad luck. This is why I don't like the whole "no hud" bc the time clock is still needed and you can't have the clock on but nametags off, even though that would be a helpful QoL or mod to have access to. There is a MASSIVE difference between doing something purposely to gain an advantage in order to win against others.... Doing something that accidentally gives you an advantage against others and using that advantage to win.... Doing something that by proxy could have given one person an advantage over others but that person didn't notice the possible advantage bc gaining an advantage wasnt even on their mind and therefore that person didn't gain any advantage over anyone else. People cheat to win, people do not cheat in order to lose.

You accidentally broke the rules. It happens. Best thing is to directly own up to it. Ideally, when it happens are before people mention it. But, accepting that you made a (admittedly small and not too important) mistake, like the note in the description is enough. Being as hurt as your comment here feels, won't help that case though. This isn't as huge a deal as the few viewers who are really upset try to make it. Keep making great content and everyone will still be here to watch!

Cheating or not? Well, what does it matter? The main goal here is entertainment, and I laughed several times throughout this video. Besides, all of you have bent the rules a bit at one time or another in the name of entertainment - which is why we're here.

I've never liked this sentiment. The main goal of professional esports is also entertainment, but I doubt you would be ok with cheating there. Let me be clear, I certainly don't think Kosmo was intentionally cheating, I just don't agree with the idea that it would be ok even if it was intentional.

@@vibaj16I do agree that if there was a "big cheating problem", that would be bad... but this isn't that. I've been watching these guys long enough to know they're all friends, they trust each other, and they all spend a lot of hours on these videos. I'm also quite confident that if one of them was constantly cheating, that one would likely no longer be part of the collaboration (I believe that happened in the old days of MM). That's why the "cheating" here doesn't bother me; I know that Kosmo will beat himself up more about it, and his friends will likely tease him a bit about it.. but they will just move on to the next video and try again. It's more important to me (as a viewer) that Kosmo doesn't give up, and keeps playing; he hasn't done as many of the hide and seek matches as the others, and he'll only get better with time. They all make mistakes at times, they all bend the rules a bit at times - and it's even funnier when they try something and they still lose (looking at you, kAN!).

Btw, I would recommend that all still record and send you each other the footage in order to blend in some of them moments. Like when KaN was literally looking you dead face in the eyes while sitting on the chair before rotating under the ground.

Stay strong Kosmo, while I somewhat suspected cheating due to you running right to where scrap's name was afterwards.. one mistake isn't enough to claim you're some big cheater or cheating all the time, especially when it doesn't result in a win. Mistakes happen and that is okay. I am sorry for being suspicious at all, you don't deserve that kind of treatment. You might want to consider uploading both a cut and uncut version of 'hide n seeks' for those who do enjoy your editing style more. Frankly Kan does far more shenanigans then anybody and I still wouldn't call him a cheater either. I love Multiplayer Monday vids from you guys, keep up the good work.

Yeah I get it. It hurts that people think I intentionally cheated because of one mistake and the editing. Next time I'll just upload the raw footage without any bother. There were MINUTES of silence at the time because I had been up for 36 hours trying to upload videos before going away for a week, and it was the last of the 3 videos being recorded and everyone especially me was exhausted. Ah well. I don't have anything to hide.
