Besides using wrong names a few times, I doubt a person who’s been destroyed by their spouse’s betrayal, would just say that they’ll start divorce proceedings when they get back to the country…..in 5 years. But they then wait 9 years to file for divorce? An educated, financially secure person can sort out a divorce while residing in another country.
