No, OP, you didn't make a mistake. It was a CHOICE. EDIT: and the more I listened to this, the more evident it became. It's crazy how many words she's saying, while truly telling nothing. She's still saying things like "this party damaged my marriage, had I known I wouldn't have participated". The party didn't do a thing. It were *her decisions* that did. She's still doing her best to try to escape responsibility. No-fault divorce laws like these need to end as well. Cheaters, be they man or a woman, deserve nothing from their former spouses.
@ianmoritzplatapino36844 ай бұрын
Its so annoying when cheaters call their cheating a mistake. It's not a mistake it's a series of hundreds of decisions before doing it. She regrets it because the grass wasn't greener. And her " nice guy" wasn't so nice nor a doormat, the moment she cheated he went full nuclear . Good for him
@mannydcbianco4 ай бұрын
Yup. There's always someone who will argue that technically it can be called a mistake as far as the definition of the word goes, but it's not about linguistics. It's about the disgusting minimizing and downplaying cheaters do when they call their cheating a mistake. They deliberately or even subconsciously use that word to minimize the severity of the situation, to downplay their accountability and responsibility. It's insulting and offensive to the victim to call it a mere mistake. It clearly shows that even though they try to make it seem that they are taking full responsibility, they're not. Deep down they're doing damage control to lessen their culpability.
@ragingsaviorkami98624 ай бұрын
@@mannydcbianco A mistake would be If they somehow didn't know the consequences of their actions. Only then could they call it a mistake. "I'm sorry, I didn't know that would hurt you, I made a mistake." BUT WHO THINKS LIKE THAT WHEN IT COMES TO CHEATING? No one. They know bery well that the person they're cheating on would be heartbroken, shattered, destroyed If they knew, in most cases. And they still do it anyway. And it's always like "Oh no, how could I do this, I felt intoxicated, it wasn't me." Excuses. It's fine, we're all humans, it's okay to sometimes wander off, look at other people, we can't expect to occasionally not find others attractive. But there's no excuses for cheating, and taking accountability would actually be "Yo, I'm a piece of shit, I made a bad choice, which I knew was bad at the time, because honestly I was selfish and didn't care about my partner whatsoever. I deserve everything that comes my way."

You are confusing accident and mistake. This can certainly be a mistake. Drug addicts make mistakes all the time that are a string of decisions. You do not need to forgive and forget if you are on the wrong end of a mistake. That's a lot easier to do if it were accidental, but even then you can just move on if you want.

If you have ownership over the bank account you can... Only difference is she can follow up with legal actions but its a suite on its own... She could have spoken to her lawyer about it during the divorce proceeding that is if she had a lawyer in the first place which sounds like she didnt as she is receiving a very small amount of alimony so i assume they both just agreed to settle to not drag out the divorce and it took basically an afternoon so i assume this was probably done in some family court.... The only way she can get that money back is to sue him or reopen the divorce proceeding with a new court procedure and lawyer stating the divorce was unfavourable or again she would have to open a suite about the money... Its the same as a scammer or thief stealing from ur bank it usually doesnt lead anywhere unless you have proof however because they where married its a typical he said she said situation... However even her friend could sue but again with the funds they are earning running a salon it doesn't seem very promising

It's a fake story at the end of the day to feed red pill losers, so what can you do
@mannydcbianco4 ай бұрын
I kinda lean towards this being a fake story too, but with that said: whether or not it is considered "stealing" depends on your location; in many places (certainly in many US states) while married each spouse has full access to do whatever they want with their joint savings unless it's specifically set up to require both spouses' verification. And I'm sure that even though she refers to the account as "her" savings account, chances are that he set it up as a joint account. He's time and time again referred to as very intelligent so he was probably covering his bases when he helped her set the account up. Her money is 100% his and his money is 100% hers. My wife and I have a savings account together and she can if she wants to empty it out and blow the money on anything she wants, all by herself, legally. I can't do a thing about it if that happens. Of course, if we divorce (which we obviously would if she did that) I will get half of all our assets, including the money she took from the joint savings account, but only if that money still exists. If she blew the money on something transitory or perishable like a vacation or extremely expensive wine that she drank or if she invested the money in something stupid like a MLM scam then.. it's gone and I will have no success going after her in court, if I can even afford lawyers who would gladly take thousands or tens of thousands of my dollars to fight a case they know has no chance of bearing any fruit.

The amount of excuses and justifications to absolve herself of guilt for making one bad choice after another and not heeding her friends words to tell her husband give me a headache. She lacked the bravery to withstand a man's mind games and lacked the bravery to hold to her morals. In all honesty she lost her self respect when she let him say his stupid confession which was nothing more than a plot. She was only a good time to the boss. She fell for the game and got burned. How does this person deserve alimony. Yeah the husband took her money. I would call it part of her penance for making him emotionally and mentally unstable with her cheating.

She felt so awkward that she slept with him knowing who he was, she didnt care at all and liked gettibg the attention, no matter how much attention i got from another man ive never cheated on anyone (been cheated on a few times 🙄). Hate women like this they try to make it sound like they are victims when they are far from it, they are nothing but cheap lays and are worthless (yes men who cheat are also worthless). Its wrong the husband has to give her money if she was sorry at all for being a cheat then she would of refused it but she didnt 🤬🤬🤬

Imagine cheating on your husband then making up a 20 minute sob story with fabricated details to paint yourself as the victim, no way he actually hit you and that money was definitely rightfully his she just wants to look like she got fucked over

Yeah, as a man I sympathise with the husband, however taking all of her savings will seriously work against the husband in the divorce, it would be seen as financial abuse which is why I’m not surprised she got alimony If she gets a lawyer she could sue him for the money he took, and the judge would probably give her all her savings plus lawyers fees, emotional damage fees and punitive damages in the form of having to pay for the rent/bills of OP between the time she left the house and the time her savings were returned to her So whilst I understand why he did what he did, and I don’t think he was morally wrong to do it, sadly we don’t live in a moral justice system, we live in a legal justice system
