Its amazing how this game can stand up in 2020. The amount of time I'd put into this game is only ever going to be rivaled by GTA 4. A complete re-release with absolutely nothing changed would warrant a swift purchase from me. Haven't played in yearrrsssss and I miss it

No DLC in a BF game has come close too the Aftermath DLC. The perfect mix between vehicles & infantry, close & long range and indoor & outdoor combat. These maps taught me how to play tactically and really use concealment and cover to my advantage.

Aftermath DLC is and will alway be my favorite DLC of all time. everymap was unique and played differently. god I hope they remake some of these maps for the next battlefield title. Im hoping battlefield 2021 will be either modern or near future/2143 i think this will give DICE way more creative freedom to do what they want without constraints,. i mean the BFV live service isnt too great but if they can get it into a good place i hope they continue it with the next game.

This server was a Russian one set up with a map vote across all DLCs and the base game. Usually 80% full in the evenings 👍

Neither did I reach Colonel rank 100, most of the players that got such a high rank quickly were M16/AEK only players on Norshar Canals TDM or Metro, while I've always enjoyed trying out multiple playstyles, vehicles and tactics on other gamemodes like Conquest and Rush. I remember lots of players bragging about reaching colonel 100 within 300 players and most of them suck if you take away their AEK or M16 or you step them out of metro

When I could actually sit down for 8+ hours and play a battlefield game - BF3/4 ❤️ the only thing the newer titles has done for me is ruin me with the FOV slider on console. I'm so used to 95% that going back to BF3&4 it's so jarring having what must be 50-60 FOV 😞
