I can’t help watching Christina’s videos over and over again. Every newly diagnosed TNBC patient should see them to understand that time is of the essence with a diagnosis like hers. I think she finally came to realize this and that it was possible to integrate traditional chemo with good nutrition but neither to the exclusion of the other. Her videos are a public service. This is her legacy.

Chemo,radiation, and lymphnode removal destroyed my precious beautiful wife! I miss her so much! I watched Christina's entire video series today. I'm very touched by her dedication in sharing her story & her family life during such a difficult time. Her strength has left me speechless and humbled. The information Christina gave so freely and unselfishly is timeless and SO inspiring. God led my to hear Christina's story today. I needed to hear her insight on how to fight for life. She dealt with so many issues that were 100 times harder than what I thought I was facing today. Christina helped me put my life and my ideals into perspective today. I suffer generalized depression,, anxieties of all kinds with severe panic attacks. I seldom leave my home for fear of the many "What ifs" , I feel hopeless most of the time. I was mesmerized by her journey and she surely inspired me to strive to live for TODAY. She reminded me not to WAIT to be healthy, do it NOW, Don't WAIT to show your loved ones how much they mean to you, let them know TODAY. I get it Christina, Thank you! I will try harder not to wait to be dying to appreciate TODAY. To Christina, Ernesto, her daughters and friends, Thank You so very very much.

I didn't find it. To think that someone as stong willed as you losing their battle after everything you went through, and all the determination you had really breaks my heart. Daffy Duck if ones own immune system isn’t able to kill mutated cells..... well then unfortunately it has to be chemo 🥺 ... my colleague (47) had triple negative breastcancer. Did operation, lumpectomy, chemo and radiation for about a year. She s back at work since a year+ . I hope she stays cancer free till the rest of her life 🙏🏼🍀🙏🏼

One other thing, Christina had a subcategory of TNBC called basal layer BC. It’s very aggressive and not always responsive to chemo. Typical TNBC comes in many subtypes and some are more easily treated with chemo than others. Mine was. I had an amazing response to chemo and treatment was not that bad. Anyway, I just want to say that chemo is not always as bad as we fear and sometimes can work miracles. I’ll see in the next 5 years but I don’t regret it for one second.

I just found out about your situation. I would like you to know that on 2001, while fighting leukemia, the doctor told me if I would not receive a bone marrow transplant I was going to die. I didn't believe it. After that I have had cancer six different times and today I am alive, healthy and living a wonderful life. I believe in Jesus and his power to heal us. I believed that thru him I could have enough faith to believe in my healing and I saw my healing before it came into my body. I had it in my mind. I pray that your faith will be strengthen by Him and that you will receive your healing. Love you very much!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, cooked meat is way easier to digest as opposed to a raw produce and proteine. Heat helps to break down the molecular structure. Sure you will lose more vitamins in cooking, but the harder it is for your body to digest, the more stress is produced.

How are you now? my 67 year old grand mother from india, is an illiterate. She didn't detect her breast cancer. The tumor got so big that there was a gigantic lump just below her neck. She had to get the most aggressive treatments ever which decreased many years from her life span. She is fine now. But a healthy, active grandma turned into just an old woman.
