I would actually be quite disappointed if the writers put Steve and Nancy back in a relationship. They've evolved so much and they both deserve better. I think all 3 characters in the love triangle should go their separate ways. Jonathan can go to NYU and pursue his dreams, Nancy will become a successful journalist, and Steve can start a family with a woman he's actually compatible with (although I also have a feeling that Steve is going to be the final sacrifice, as much as it pains me to say it. Either him or Will).

Back when 8 was here?” insinuating that 8 escaped sometime in between Terry breaking in and the events leading up to the massacre. Also, the reason why the spider would not decompose (hypothetically) is because if the jar is sealed then it creates a vacuum w/ no oxygen. In order for something to decompose it needs oxygen. Volume 1 was Vecna making kids into human pretzels, Papa returning, Murray continuing to be entertaining, and Byler going from subtext and subtle hints to bright red neon signs. And I'm here for it. If El decides she wants to be a single girlboss by the end of the series, I won't object. But, Mike would have to start treating Will more like he did during S1 and 2 before I'd feel comfortable with that relationship. Because the ignoring Will and gaslighting him is not it. BUT he did come through with the apology.

I understand how you might not see the chemistry between Eddie and Steve because it comes through in very subtle "blink and you might miss it" lines of dialogue. Literally EVERYONE has been getting covid, some of my friends just got it for the first time and my parents just (for some reason I do not understand) went on a cruise and they just got back and immediately tested positive. At least we have Eden Bingham to get us through this trying time

It's because of the new variant. It busts right through vaccinations like nothing. Also antibodies from having Covid don't even seem to stop it. And it seems it lasts longer than normal Covid? Nicole, I've got a theory which comes ALL the way back to the first season. Back there, when Mike and his party was talking to their Science teacher about how to travel to the upside down theorically speaking, he told them that If this gate to another dimension really existed, it would swallow them up whole and that's exactly what is about to happen to Hawkins If nothing changes, Hawkins will definitely fall like Vecna said in the fourth season.
