The key is extra virgin oils. Raw virgin sesame seed oil is incredibly healthy. Also cold pressed virgin pumpkin seed oil, mustard seed oil, and black seed oil. You look healthy and happy, always great to see that vibe in you. Thanks for sharing!

Try eating small meals. You starve yourself then eat too much even if it is healthy food. Several small meals may help.

How much smaller could her meals be? A chomps is 100 calories and those sausages are 30 cal each and she boiled them which removes fat so her dinner was about 200 calories. Plus a couple potato chips and handful of rice chex.

"seed oils" are very very concentrated and unnatural. however "tahini" is not concentrated...it's just mashed up sesame seeds. AND depending on the hummus you purchase there is only 1-2 tbls in 16 oz of hummus. to be safe , make your own hummus that way you can control how much tahini is added.
