I ❤ you Batsheva. I feel like you are the only relatable frum content creator. You are colorful, quirky, fun, don't sell yourself to a bunch of frum brands who just want us to buy buy buy. You want to create and you are poetic, fun, interesting, and follow your dreams.

Batsheva, you are bad a**. First of all congrats for making yourself vulnerable. That takes real bravery. Even more so you cried when you saw you made a positive impact on someone else's life. That actually touched me. I'm immediately subscribing to your new channel and can't wait to see what you do. Much love.

Nigerian viewer here, i just turned 27 a month ago, just ended my love relationship with someone who i love and actually loves me (long story) i also feel like I've been a baby for many years, never grown, always lived with my parents, never challenged myself. You are right at our age everyone is married including my best friend and my friniemies, i feel like im the only one my age still single. With my recent heartbreak I want to move out of my parents house, find myself, face life obstacles, try new jobs, try new things. This is the best time right. If you ever come to Nigeria and im still here, it will be cool to meet up. Thank you for being you, everyone is wearing make up and telling a lie but you stay true, thank you.

I CANNOT WAIT TO WATCH YOU ON YOUR NEW CHANNEL!!! I have always thought you should be front and center because you ARE an AWESOME story teller and have the cutest (and sometimes funniest) way of conveying your thoughts and feelings to your audience. Cheers to new beginnings, can’t wait!!! PS, I’m a 49 y/o Jewish woman, and it was only after discovering you about a year and a half ago that I became interested in orthodoxy. I’ve been sprinkling this into my life (and family’s life) ever since….and I’m better for it! Thank you! xo

I was “told” in my 20s not to tell a guy I wanted kids, you’ll scare them away. So I never mentioned that I genuinely wanted kids. I ended up giving so much of my time and attention to commitment phobes who weren’t mentally or emotionally mature enough to think that far into the future. Now I’m 33 and scared to tell my truth about wanting a family because I don’t want guys to think I’m going to baby trap them or that it’s because I’ve “hit the wall”. Anyway… thanks for talking about your journey. You’re very authentic and courageous

(I’ve been in the process of converting for a couple of years now and at the beginning - as you said - there really wasn’t much online) but I loved your personality & related to you so much (plus, we’re the same age!) so I stuck around! I’m excited to see where your new channel takes you (already saw the video a few days ago & subscribed). There’s nothing more attractive than confidence - attractive to potential partners, yep, but “your vibe attracts your tribe” as they say, so friends and connections too. one of my fav youtubers are vogule poland, they have few series, and in each one they have some different sort of content, they do some commentaries, real life talks, and some more about polish celebrities, but they have their unique style which make me feel interested. and they sometimes share their travels too. I think they even try to keep kind of low budget and I'd say it adds a lot to the form and autenticity. I'd personally be very interested in some content connected with judaism for there's still not a lot to find on youtube, especially kind of casual life, some things like state of being, thoughts... like, for now I watch mostly adult females with big gromades of children learning how to cook and prep for shabbat, and 2 most often watched are sefardic and rather quite very much rich. it's like, I think, that even 'jewish content' could be relatable for a wider audience if showed 'somehow'. but of course I could get lack of interest into showing a lot. though, it is quite a hole in content for, for now from media I have a perspective of jewish woman more in a bigger picture, like only with connection to family, being wife, mother... some converts speak about their spiritual travel, but this is also quite a nish, and, understandably, rather not for a wide audience. I personally am really interested in more personal content, probably there's plenty to create, like, youtube has quite a big potential, for u may find out a lot, I guess. though I would probably also want to have at least something for very few hours were the payment was sure, even a small amount, like even more for a mental feeling of 'being part of something outside'. it's little bit shocking to hear that u had such a low moments, pieces u make are incredibly interesting, funny, I perceive u as a strong individual, and maybe in some cases this may be negative, for I don't think it's even good when such messages get very mainstream. so, maybe with time u'll find out some things which will help you to get more into alghoritm, but still be happy with what u create. usually it takes some time.

Wait till you hit 34. I moved across the country for a dream job got a very expensive apartment my first big girl salary and was let go the first month. I had never been fired in my life. Now I have an 18 month lease. And when I say dream job the job was horrible but the pay and who I was working for was great. I still don't know my dreams. I'm Jewish. Not orthodox. I applaud you for having the courage to actually post on here. I always wanted to. Or start an Only fans. But I was a coward. I rather fail and try then be stuck at 34 divorced and having no idea what I want to do thousands of miles from home alone in a city where I know only four people 3 of which are family. And stuck in a very expensive lease for a long time and no jobs that don't require Spanish (should have thought of that before I moved to Miami) I eloped in college. Put love first. And while I've been madly in love so many times. I never figured out what I want. I know what I love. But to funnel it. At a loss. You didn't fail. Because you tried.

@CynicalDuchess4 ай бұрын
hey! I think I did a very clear job of outlining the exact direction I want to go in this video, as well as the target audience I want to reach and the genre I want to join. I've always had an extremely clear direction of who I want to make videos for, but like I said, going viral when youre in an experimental phase on something you don't actually want to base a channel on, can make things very difficult. please do not feel you need to watch my videos if what I put out in the future is not interesting for you! I will be focusing on vlogs only. no fashion, no jewish things. But I appreciate you being here until now, and I think you for the comment. a lot of thought was put into this direction, even if you may not see it from the outside!
@michael_howling4 ай бұрын
i think ur paying too much attention to your life and not paying attention to trying to match up your video content and vibes to be at least somewhat relatable to what makes other people vibe in 2024, and that you arent able to do that on a consistent basis. Maybe its just some obstacle in your life causing it.
@CynicalDuchess4 ай бұрын
It’s very simple. As I said: I went viral over a topic I wasn’t ready to base channel on, and gained a following of people interested in topics that were antithetical to the type of genre I wanted to belong to on KZbin. Vlogging is a huge genre on KZbin and it’s pretty much the only thing I’m interested in watching and also making. So now we are :)
