This looks delicious. Don’t throw out the apple peel and core. You can use it to make an apple syrup. And the juice from the apples can be mixed into the batter for extra flavor. Yes, I don't like to waste anything.

Der Kuchen sieht nicht matschig aus! So wie er ist ist er genau richtig, das Rezept kenne ich schon viele Jahre. Einfach mal nach backen und probieren wie er schmeckt. Dieser Kuchen ist köstlich. 😉
