People do this everywhere, at every shelter. They are cowards. They don't want confrontation, they just want their problem solved and their guilt relieved. Out of sight, out of mind. And then the unwanted dog(s) become someone else's problem and they can move on with their day. Same thing the world over.

It's unbelievable how you could hear the cry of a distressed puppy over the noise of the shelter! It's so good you heard the puppy and then found her; poor baby girl. I see just how overgrown the terrain can be outside the shelter and if there are other puppies, I hope you can find them. You really need some way to attach your phone to your chest so you can be hands free for climbing through brush and over rocks. Be careful! 💕

1 man already burden with work for a dozen men has more work added to his day. It will be a long day today for Takis. I would hope those who can volunteer on their vacation to do so this year and arrange to take a dozen dogs/cats back to their country when they return. That would be a blessed year for Takis.
