Nah irl scammers exist who can hurt u or traumatize u. U shouldnt help ppl blindly tbh especially in nights if u r travelling alone in a solo lane with none around in deep into woods like areas. My parents always told me to never stop the car at cliffs and stuff if we see someone in help and it can seem odd too.
