My best was about 28 miles in 8 or 9 hours at night ! Summer time ! Then same amount of miles in Winter about same amount of time ! 1980s ! Your the Record and Trend setter ! USA !

Did the AT in 2017 and watched some of your hiking on the AT and now started watching your FT hike. My AT thru hike finished off my knees and waiting for knee replacements in 2024 and hope to start the FT after I recover. I am from Fayetteville and thought you were from AR but see you are following IL? Just curious what the story is? I'm a transplant as I escaped DFE 10 years ago moved to Fayetteville but originally a Virginia boy. Great videos and thanks for sharing!

Not a criticism at all because I for one enjoy your chatting to us while walking, but would that make you feel a little more drained at the end of a long mile day? I know for myself that talking while I'm hiking with hubby helps me to push on and gives me something to focus on. Anyway, what a feat - you should be chuffed with yourselves.
