Many people don't understand the grammar of Who and Whom, but everybody knows the grammar of They and Them. To know when to use "Whom", try changing it to "Them". If it sounds grammatically correct it is safe to use "Whom". If "They" would be more grammatically appropriate then use "Who".

There are many small groups like this in professional matches. However once the fans start football chants nothing else is audible. You need at least a few hundred people and the songs can't be random but should be in coherence with the mood of the game

My high school choir was pretty big, starting with 16 people and quickly growing to about 80 members (we had 100 applications but had to cap out at 80), it was quite strict and they did do outside activities like weekends and a LOT of rehersals. We even greeted our queen (not UK). It was a really nice experience with two lovely teachers who led the choir.
