Hey sober dog. My man! You are one my fav person to watch on KZbin. Your video always seem to help me, when I feel down, depressed. Thank you for all that you do. Praying for your well being.
@mikebucur84612 жыл бұрын
I like that you have a holistic approach to all of this. This is very wise. If you do something every day with no breaks you'll eventually get sick and tired of that thing . I always have 3 days here and there where i reset and don't do anything in particular. This makes me more motivated. Also walking has been huge for me. I try to go for a 30 minute walk everyday. Its a big release.

It’s wonderful to see you back. The first time I heard you talk about being in solitary confinement for over a year I was beside myself! You are so so strong! That is inhuman, what they did to you. My heart goes out to you and I believe you lived your hell right here on earth. You have all my respect… ALL my respect. After everything you’ve been through, you then turn right around and extend your hands out to help others. You are a true living saint. I began watching your channel because my 32 yo son is an addict and he’s really struggling. Your videos help me with my own mental health. Your talks help me to emphasize with my son’s struggles since I’ve never been in his shoes. Take time for you my dear friend. We’ll be here for you too.

Wow thank you soooooo much. Your dead right solitary had a huge amount to do with everything and hitting a wall. It was absolutely hell on earth. So sorry to hear about your son. I hope he finds his way into recovery and finds his way in life. It sounds like you have a great attitude towards the situation.

I feel ya bro! Since my back herniated and I had a disectomy on my L4 disk to help, I still haven't been able to return to work. It is extremely depressing. I have been powering through this without taking any narcotics. My Doctor is frustrated that I refuse opiates because he claims he has done everything he can do as far as surgical solutions. He said my level of deterioration will always cause me pain so he wanted me referred to pain management.
