Im not sure if you want to keep your hair and ik you said you’re not sure what to do but if you do want to keep your hair I think you should hop on finasteride and minoxidil on top of a hair transplant but if its too much to manage since taking that stuff is an everyday thing then I would say just to shave it since it’s less work to manage.
