I don't fully understand these boots beyond them being a cool theme; The non-phys damage is nice 👍, The resistance means nothing to intelligence classes 🤕, the only other use might have been to trigger the 4th element on Tal'Rasha since we don't have anything arcane, but since it's fire not shadow... 🤷 Certainly is an interesting trick for low level gameplay though.

You may want to do some testing with the new shademist aspect. I'm noticing the dot does 4 instances of DMG per sec per minion. Combined with the shadowblight buff this is causing shadowblight to proc like crazy. Additionally provides 100% uptime on decay and blighted combined.
