BTW, next time you are in Walmart, buy a couple mesh spatter screens that they sell for frying pans. It will keep the grease from flying around. They are pretty inexpensive and all different sizes.

What a sweet little one! She even had her seatbelt on in the cart. There's plenty of room in the truck for everyone. lumpia is very similar to mexican taquitos that are great with korean bbq sauce. Very nice to meet your family :) Certainly will never go to sleep hungry. I would use paper plates & plastic cutlery though... Se you next time little Allison!
