Learning from expert tilers I was told you must balance the tiles out while tiling on walls so it doesn’t look so eye Soring as in 7.22 where you have full blocks of tiles on one side and smaller tiles on the other side … you break up the division so both side have the same looking tiles so that it’s not that obvious …. But then it depends if you happy with it then it should be ok ….

Hi Mr Loo, some words of caution as i watch this video. - May want to think twice before installing the uneven tiles in the bathroom as they are the perfect breeding ground for mould and algae, especially in wet areas like the shower. Those uneven surfaces makes especially difficult to clean as well - Avoid black and gun metal bathroom fittings or anything that touches water. They look nice when it is brand new, but within a year or 2, they will start peeling, revealing the white or silver metal underneath, making it look less asthetic. As much as possible, go for silver - Consider matching the grey tiles with same colour grout for better asthetics. White grout may stain over time and is difficult to clean when mouldy. Consider going for the highly durable epoxy grout, but it is also expensive as well

Where you do it ? Address ? If you are doing crowning for your molar tooth (back tooth), I suggest metal crown because it will last very long and biting on nuts is not going to crack the tooth in the future.

Hi Mr Loo, you have further solidify my consideration to retire in JB next time with this new video sharing. Yes. Many things are definitely cheaper across the border, and especially for important essentials like medical healthcare, education, private car transport, renovation, food and dining etc. For the same amount of retirement funds, many Singaporeans probably would live an average quality of retirement life in Singapore. But across the border, one would enjoy a higher quality of retirement life. And one would even be able to retire earlier across the border than in Singapore with the lower needed living expenses there.

Cost me $5000 in Singapore to pull out one tooth, put one screw in and place one crown on top. After about five years, the crown worn out and fell off. I left it as it is. Cannot afford a second one.

Mr Loo, your toilet workmanship is not good. The color of the grout lines and your tiles are not matching and gap is so big.. I keep staring at the glaring white grout lines.. your contractors used cheapo white plastic strips at the edges of your tiles. This is not the normal quality of work here in Singapore. By right they should round off the edges of the tiles to make the right angles instead of the white plastic strip 😂 as for the taps, I always buy my Grohe taps from Thailand as it is manufactured there. Cheap and Germany quality.

Many would disagree with u, many would look for better pricing if they can n source out cheaper alternatives. Based on some posts here.many had their crown done in JB I hv a friend that had back surgery in Sg that cost him $33K lucky for him his insurance paid. Another friend also had back pain n after consulting n asking for info from the 1st friend’s back specialist, he decided to go to Thailand to hv it done,$11K Sg dollar, he saved $23K. that’s 7 years ago, now,it will b more costly.
