The main reason of death is stoping some hormon in the body / reproductive hormons/ thy have some function that without them body stop cleaning organism and acid alkaline balance by body is stoping The body happened very acid and if you want improve the body you must eat more plant and juice in the morning avoid a lot of meat exercise outdoor and breethe deeple in the morning This help with acid alkaline balance who must be created outside the body by you. It is very impotrand to do so. Additionally help yourself with some of the suplement like Kreatine becouse old body dont produce enough this amino acid This helps to keep your mind and muscle work. The main mechanism of aging and the development of chronic diseases is microinflammation. I would think means a vice verser relationship. As you age it causes inflammation and diseases, and if you have become ill or done something to cause inflammation it can cause aging. Example, a very healthy person ages, they are still at risk of dementia (for some), likewise if one was pretty unhealthy or went through extreme trauma in their younger years, they can induce dementia. eg! There is little things we can add to our diet and lifestyle to lower these risks.

@@DavidJohnson-dc8lu Why everybody think they are the wisest person on the world What Youve said is RUBBISH Older people must eat fresh easy meals like fresh milk /not from shop.../But basic thing is greens especially nettle when you eating this you get the testosteron hormon rising.and additionally a lot of nutrition You need pick up tops of nettle cut it put in the bag/ like after coffi/ and put to freezer Later you are able to make a juice if you put boiling water on 3spoon/ you can cut it from bag/.Soup from nettle is delicious I knew the peron who was eating a lot of nettle and she reach 100 years Then she drunk a milk from goat Her diet was very poor but fresh.

@@DavidJohnson-dc8lu Notice that nettle taken from clean place is very fresh and nutrititions food the same like fresh milk There is no poison in it. Unfortunately somebody help her with pension amd she start to buy in shop After half a year she died because the food from shop is contaminated with chemicals and preserves
