I fell like Dean because alot if times I blame myself for alot if things that happened and take in so much blame and tell myself I deserved it alot because of all the things that's happened and I've hurt so many people without meaning to and honestly see myself as being unworthy of being saved and I honestly fell like I don't deserve to be free because of my mistakes sometimes and it causes a whole new wave of pain and hurt and regret then I tell myself I deserved it and hide it no matter how much j talk down to myself in my head or how much I torture myself I sometimes fell like it's never enough then I hide it all and smile it away no matter how much i want to break down and let it all out I don't I just hide it more and more cause i fell like if I hide it I'll only hurt myself not other people
