They should just keep giddey and move him to the bench where he can have the ball in his hands more and then move Carson to starter. Win/win situation. Then in the off-season with all the space they have under the salary cap they can sign someone that can rebound and defend as well as shoot the 3. Or they can draft one...they definitely in a better position now then before so being patient and smart would do wonders to complete the roster and take an even further step forward.

The only things you have incorrect or ignorant about is that Josth Giddey is a 32.7% 3point shooter this year and that he shoots 41% (18-44) form the left corner 3point line. It isn't about the 3point shot with Giddey, it is about his shots in the paint. He needs to finish better there. He is only 38% in the paint (non-restricted area) where he has shot 164 times. Thunder can live with 33% 3point shooting for 1 guy who plays 20-30 mpg especially if at times he can end up in that left corner 3point spot.

But this is the same kid who had 31 10 and 9 against the pelicans in the playin just last year. Lit up the knicks and won multiple rookie of the months. The talent is there. I understand his fit with this team might be bad but let’s not make it seem like he’s a killian Hayes. Giddey is really good. If you replaced him with Kyle Kuzma or a Lauri Markannen than that would be very ideal. Giddey with Wemby or Giddey in Orlando with Paolo and Franz or in Chicago as their future PG would be good for him

For OKC to trade both Tre and Micic but keep Giddey is a great sign for his dedication to his craft too. OKC got enough talent they dont need him to hit, but he is part of their best case scenario if he does.

I keep hearing this same garbage about Giddey. He is playing 24 minutes and averaging 11.3 pts., 6.2 rbds. and 4.4 asts. and has improved his 3 point shooting to 33% and his free throws to 83%. He is starting on a team that is right there in contention for 1st in the West which is a brutally competitive conference. He ABSOLUTELY fits this roster and is an integral part of their success. His stats are only down because of less minutes and the fact that they have Chet now who obviously gets some of his looks. REALLY dumb take dude.

I am not from OKC but it's my 2nd favorite team after my own. I generally like small market teams that are forced to be super-smart and strategic just compete and OKC is a perfect example of it. That being said, I don't think it's done structuring itself. SGA and Chet and Williams are core guys and all complement each other but I still think Giddey sticks out a bit. SGA is better with the ball in his hands but Giddey needs the ball in his hands to be the best player he can be. I still think that OKC will see how the playoff test goes for them and I suspect they might find that rebounding against bigger teams like Denver or Min might create a problem. I would look for them to trade Giddey for a 3+D guy and a PF/C guy who can bang inside and take some pressure off Chet. Then, they would be perfect.

@@darrenflowers4506 you must be a little boy who didn’t actually watch the NBA back then. Remember the lockout season the year before where players only played 50 games? That directly affected the salary cap and forced OKC to choose between Ibaka or Harden. James didn’t want to take a pay cut that’s his fault. Lil bois like you love speaking on shit you don’t know 😂

The NBA has a team that's about to go on a dynastic run DIGHT NOW in the Celtics you 🤡 So how could okc be the next dynasty? Lol Tatum and brown have another 8-10 years of prime left and will be Celtics their entire careers The Celtics have porzingus' bird rights and can re sign him.. he's only 27/28.. he's got another 5-7 prime years Derrick white is 28... The Celtics have HIS BIRD RIGHTS TOO White will be on the Celtics another 5-7 years And jrue Holliday has a player option for next season... And there's a good chance the Celtics can get him to sign a 4 year 100 million dollar deal instead of signing the 1 year 30 million dollar extension... The Celtics win MINIMUM... 3 CHIPS OVER THE NEXT 9 SEASONS

When it comes down to it Tatum and Brown come up short every time they made noise in the playoffs. Team will push Brown left in the playoffs and you know how that goes. When Tatum wants to get paid we'll see if you can keep all of them. Y'all paid Jalen an outrageous amount of money. Someone who can't make a left handed layup wide open.

@@JacobMaskerines you 🤡 Ur penalizing tatum and brown for competing for championships WAAAY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE instead of giving them credit for how incredibe it was for them to win as much as they did in the first place

They should find some way to trade Giddey and get Clint Capela. Idk why but that’s just the trade that immediately popped in my head

This video is filled with absolute lies, okc is most definitely not going to be anything remotely close to a dynasty, y'all are insanely deranged
