I just found your shoulder video from 3 years ago. I’m 50 and still lift and work out. I went to my doctors and the specialist and they never told me what you did!! I have youtube a lot of videos trying to get help!! Bless you I finally found exercises that actually help! Subscriber for life now

Doc I wish 2 years ago when you called me about fixing my shoulders that I was more aware of your coaching aspect. I think maybe my processor was so focused on fixing my low back & shoulder issues I didn't truly hear you. I didn't fail you, I failed myself and my family. I'm worse off now and needed to hear this today and able to accept your message.
