This summer will have about no poker, but it will have a lot of dealing poker. I'm dealing the summer poker series at The Orleans on W Tropicana in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 2024 Orleans Summer Open is the official name. Here are my tales.

Down rate update...pushing $35.00 headed into championship week at the Wynn :)

@@VegasPokerNomad Yeah it is based on what they take in. More players means higher down rate. Also the championship buy in has a bigger rake so more money to the dealers. The WPT in December we hit 50 a down.

There was a shuttle that rotated between Gold Coast , the orleans , and the back of the Linq promenade by the high roller wheel

Management isn't going to allow anyone to deal double shifts everyday, or even some days. They don't want to pay 1.5x base pay.

Why are your shoulders hurting so much? How poor is your posture and mechanics in the box? Coming from a dealer of 2 years who hasnt ever had shoulder pain and im older than you.
