I use a clicker counter thing to count my rows, just push a button everytime I finish a row and voila. That way I don't forget too when I leave my projects untouched for months at a time which I am wont to do. There's probably apps that can do it but an analogue one is super satisfying to click!

LOVE THE GREEN knitted top, super cute and summery! New subbie as of now! I just got the Sentro (48 Needle) Knitting Machine the other day and used it for the first time last night to make a really cute light Rose Mauve and Cream beanie hat in T (tube) mode.. made it in two hours! Would've been less but when I first casted on initially a few stitches dropped and I didn't notice until I was casting on a new color (which was a 1/3 into the hat). I had to remove it and start over, but the second time... PERFECTO! I did 120 rows (40 primary color, 40 secondary color, and another 40 primary color) and it came out so amazing.. looked store manufactured! My favorite color is GREEN BTW, second is Rose Mauve. 😁

To get out butter nut squash stain I usually start with the tide to go pens after rinsing it but when that fails a baking soda and peroxide paste. This tends to work and be safe on white garments. When all else fails if its truly a white garment their is bleach but that will weaken the fabric. So it is always my last resort. I hope this help. Love out it came out. What a fun little toy/tool. 😊

The top looks absolutely amazing incredible for being knitted on this machine. Extremely newbie question but would love to learn this if for some reason you wanted to alter the back please forgive my naïveté how could you shorten it or could you or does it have to stay that length? I’ve always wondered about knitting and crochet and if once it’s done that length there’s no altering without totally unraveling it thank you so much you look beautiful
@elea.crea22 жыл бұрын
You can take all those stitches out and when you get to the desire length make a new hem (sorry for my english i'm latina)
@stringcheese68332 жыл бұрын
Since it's knitted from the bottom up, you can't unwind back (since you would be unwinding the whole thing). You would have to thread your knitting needles back to the point where you want to keep (using what's called a lifeline), cut the fabric below that, and then re-bind off with the stitches on your needles.
@sheisme22 жыл бұрын

If you want to make the back a little shorter, you could put in a lifeline where you would want the stitches to end, cut away the fabric below it, and the pickup from the lifeline stitches and bind off there.
@lilashephard82252 жыл бұрын
To clean your white jacket use dish Detergent and scrub it in with your fingernails till it gets real soapy and rinse. Don't let that stain dry in it it'll be way too hard to get out. Next time try pepitas with that soup, it's yummy! Great job on your knitting machine. I haven't even tried mine yet! Kudos to you!

Use oxiclean on the butternut squash stain and rinse/scrub with cold water or wash on cold in a washing machine. Never use warm or hit water bc they lock in stains!! If you don't have oxiclean or another fabric stain remover you could also try dish soap

Respectfully, as a fellow crocheter/knitter, I think it is good style especially the back is long because you'll never know that whichever pants or whatever keeps slipping off. You have that length to help you to cover it and enough to make it not noticeable. It the 'holes' were to be tad bit smaller like not see through, I think it is a good style but I can see where your style is going and I personally like it. Your video makes me want to get a machine myself and do it too out of curiosity because I do my project traditionally by hands.

I have the OG one the Addi big and small and they work better, I found these don't take thicker yarn well, (at least mine didn't) and I returned it as the gears kept skipping. I love them for beanies and on the small one I am making draught snakes for badly insulated homes in my city together with others, but speed is key ;-) jave you seen the looming rings? or knitting rings? they need 2 strings of wool or you get this loose mesh too. but I like it, Might not wear it as I need something to hide my bumps and such ;-) but it looks so neat

Help lifting colour from food stains... Try to get to it as quickly as possible, as heat and time can set a colour. A next necessity to keep around the house and not just in the kitchen... 'Vinegar' and cold water will lift most colours. So I keep vinegar in the laundry room and in the bathroom, so basically anywhere there is a water source and any necessity for cleaning something (a very environmentally friendly cleaning companion) 😉
@lynnedefrank9221 Жыл бұрын
On your sweater try using a baking soda and peroxide paste and use a toothbrush to clean the stain out, Don't rub the toothbrush hard. If you are leery about using a toothbrush you can also use a clean washcloth with cold water, If the stain is still there repeat the process. this works on almost all stains even tomato products!
