All of Daima's designs are redone by Nakatsuru for the anime, but they are based on the original designs drawn by Toriyama. And if it was something other than design, the characters would have commented, and Goku would have been much more surprised, but he just acts like "when did you learn to do that too?", not like something new

Actually, Toriyama corrected Nakatsuru's design for Goku (Mini) the different boots and the orange gi (earlier yellow) was corrected by Toriyama and the design for ssj 3 Vegeta was taken from Toriyama's previous drafts.

He had wrote down what he wanted to do with the initial story but he let them free form since they worked well with the android/cell saga. His android saga was just Dr gero and 19, he stated that in an interview. The team that made the android cell saga with him didn't like that approach and directly influenced the entire arc after them. That same team made GT, doesn't really matter if Akira made it or not Dragonball is owned by completely different people that do what they want with it. After GT Akira did not want to make another series, dbs, Daima, evolution, dbs broly, Rof etc were other peoples ideas only battle of gods were his own but still he was way too old to make it on his own so he allowed others to do the heavy lifting.

I am sorry to say that you are misleading everyone here. You should delete this video. Toriyama creates the character designs and forwards them to the anime staff. They then redo the designs for animation. Nakatsuru is the person in charge of that. All Daima characters, including SSJ3 Vegeta, are Toriyama original designs. Nakatsuru is a genius. Designing Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta to look different from Goku makes it so much cooler and more unique. Just picture Goku SS3 and Vegeta SS3 side by side-it would be incredible! Man, people are really going in with clickbait with SSJ3 Vegeta. I haven't seen such clickbait since the Bills vs Beerus debate like 10 years ago. Vegeta CANT be stronger, or it DIRECTLY contridicts Battle of Gods where Goku's hair as a SSJ3 is the same as always, and also, the whole dialogue is that "Vegeta surpassed Goku in that moment." Meaning, Goku at that time IS stronger then Vegeta, but his hair is the same as it always is as a SSJ3. When Vegeta raged against Beerus for hitting Bulma, if Vegeta was stronger and has a more amped version of SSJ3 at that point, then the entire begining of the movie makes absolutely no sense when they say he "surpassed Goku for a moment". Unless Daima and Super are not in the same continuity, leaving us with 3 paths: GT, Super, and Daima, all which are not related to eachother.

Since the Z fighters were turned into children they are all weaker than their Bu arc selves as adults. And therefore this is not the strongest version of SSJ3. However it’s a very simple answer why is Vegeta‘s hair look different from every other super Saiyan three? Because Vegeta‘s hair does not fall is here only goes up a defies gravity.
