I Learned the Crow to Handstand in 45 Days

THIS IS HOW I LEARNED THE CROW TO HANDSTAND IN 45 DAYS
So, I decided I would dabble in the art of Calisthenics. Known as the frogstand to handstand in Calisthenics (But because I live with a yoga instructor I have to call it the crow to handstand ;)), it's a skill that is a gateway to many other cool body weight skills... And learning it was way more challenging than I ever thought. But I am stoked that I was able to finally achieve it.. I'll continue to work on it over the coming months, and I can't wait to see where this Calisthenics & Yoga journey takes me. Stay tuned for more :)

This is the first time I’ve ever seen one of these how to do some physical fitness thing where I actually could appreciate how difficult it is to master some of these techniques. I’ve been trying to do handstand for a while and it’s a lot of training to get there. I’m 54. I appreciate you being honest about the effort it actually takes.

You don't need to know normal handstand to train for crow to handstand.
