Mr. Hall and Mr. Ford, thank you for another amazing video. The strongman/bodybuilder combo is very tough but it has been the best programme for my body. I haven't responded this well to training before. Informative and entertaining, this is the gold standard of gym content. Dorian Yates style of training is the most effective style of training (in my opinion, especially if u combine it with athletic and functional movements). Fast HEAVY positive, control pause then slow controlled negative.

Took me getting hurt, (trying to lift way more than my body was ever meant to) to realize you can gain serious muscle by lifting lighter weight. You just have to do it the right way. Time under tension has kept me injury free for 8 years. I stopped "powerlifting" (looking back, and seeing current PL videos I see what a absolute bs way to train) so happy I wasn't to stubborn to listen and try something new. Form and technique is everything.

For you, 420lbs is great. Don't downplay your accomplishments. I thought 1200lbs was good until I seen Eddie do 1600lbs like it was nothing, and here doing over 1800lbs for reps

@@BigRawb666 i'm 6'2" and weigh a little over 200lbs. My one rep max deadlift is so far 307lbs. Is that any good for my size? I'm an irregular gym goer, no routine, no diets, no suplements
