eddies out of his comfort zone here. a strongman with years of power lifts with all types of exercises. thinking power, strength and speed when preparing for a mighty heavy weight to get moving . now trying to get one of the static strongest men on the planet to do girly progressive and negative resistance training is humorous to watch. martin will be telling eddie to wear a pink tutu dress when training next haha .now that is a sight to see.

Dorian Yates style of training is the most effective style of training (in my opinion, especially if u combine it with athletic and functional movements). Fast HEAVY positive, control pause then slow controlled negative.

Took me getting hurt, (trying to lift way more than my body was ever meant to) to realize you can gain serious muscle by lifting lighter weight. You just have to do it the right way. Time under tension has kept me injury free for 8 years. I stopped "powerlifting" (looking back, and seeing current PL videos I see what a absolute bs way to train) so happy I wasn't to stubborn to listen and try something new. Form and technique is everything.
