I used to work for Starbucks. An iced upside down latte just means they put the shots in first before pouring the milk. For some of their drinks, like the macchiato, the shots go on top after the milk has already been poured. This gives that layered look with a higher coffee ratio at the beginning of the drink and more milk near the end.

yo Will! for a lot of us, Ramadan has started, so if you were up for it, I think it would be cool to see you fast for a day (no food, no drink) and see how you would structure your training around it.

A dry fast for around 14 hours during Ramadan with no food and no drink is much harder to do and much harder to train during
