I swapped diets with my SISTER for 24 HOURS *UBER EATS Mystery Dinner*

In today's video I decided to swap diets with my older sister for 24 hours... Hopefully this video can give you an insight on how both of us eat at such different sizes to maintain our weight.
Along with cooking breakfast and lunch, we decided to have a little bit of fun at dinner time and do a Uber Eats mystery dinner round.

1.) PROTIEN "PIZZA"
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein
- 2 eggs
- 1tsp stevia (optional)
**Combine and cook for 5 minutes per side
2.) CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE
- 8oz Chicken breast
- 150g Zucchini
- 75g Bell Pepper
- 100g Pineapple
- 300g Cauliflower Rice
- 1 Egg
PEANUT SAUCE
- 2tbs PB2
- 1tbs Water
- 1tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha
** Cut chicken into bite size chunks and sautee on pan
** Add zucchini, peppers and pineapple just before chicken is finished and cook for 5 minutes
** Add cauliflower rice and cook for additional 5 minutes
** Create a well in the middle of the pan and add your egg
** Once all cooked, add your sauce and mix in well. Ready to serve.

Actually their scale isn't too far off. A 6 sounds bad, but if you look at it differently, it makes sense: 1 is tastes awful but is technically edible, abysmal, rancid, disgusting, abhorant 3 is uninspired and disappointing and still in many ways atrocious 5 is acceptable/average with many good attributes but no craving desire to retry 7 is great and very satisfying like a guilty pleasure, some might even say fantastic 9 is OMFG everyone HAS to try this best dish ever because this hit the jackpot! Even numbers are in between, and that's how I rate everything in life without having to give perfect scores of 0 or 100 since nothing ever is, but let's all numbers like 9's have ways of competing with each other. She said this is actually really good, so almost on the level of great. Everyone wants to be at least a 7, but in reality if most people were 5's or slightly better that's good enough. There's also a relative rating, which is if you know the limitations of the object, so your standards aren't as high. So in the case of children hating vegetables, instead of putting the steamed broccoli as a 1, it is more along the lines of a 5. Imdb and letter grades have less detailed variance, so movies that are 3/10 there tend to be nearly unwatchable, 5/10 are really bad, 7/10 is average or decent, 9/10 is the GOAT.

i appreciate the fact that your videos are so real. like during nightime in this video, you will typically have the anabolic ice cream and supposingly you're gonna give your sister to eat it. but due to your fullness you rather not have it. it's so good to see that you wont force yourself (anyone) downing the ice cream just to stick to your original diet. coz i know lots of youtubers who did the same thing just dont care how full they are , and no matter how full they are, they still make and eat a bite in front of the camera for a shot then wind the video off which ended up throwing the whole bunch away and waste it.
