I know that this is probably already obvious but Natalie is SO SO good at this stuff like every cake turns out better than the last and the effort and time put into each cake is so spectacular like Natalie deserves an award for this!

Sometimes I think I forget how frickin good she is, and then I watch other cake channels (who are admittedly also great, in their own ways!!) And watch them struggle with or not even attempt some of the details Natalie makes look so easy. Hyper-realistic is definitely a thing of its own.

I love how each segment is a cake and (with the exception of the pickles) looks realistic all the way around. Like a person could pick up this cake and not tell that it wasn't a sandwich!

6:51 Holy crap that looks like a legit raw nicely trimmed chicken breast. She literally did everything she would have needed to make this in real life only it was cooked first.. she eveb dredged it with a little water on her brush to help get the flakes on. And the toastiness of the buns! Holy crap that looked the most real!

I love that you show every step of your process. I'm never wondering, where did that come from, or what I think that's interesting, I want to see more of this. Some of my favorite baking shows used to be at least an hour long, but they're now closer to 45 minutes, and they'll have maybge 20 minutes of actuall baking, and then the rest is judging and reactions.
