The text was written when the singer was 16 years old, and the background was completed around the same time. The song was made for his aunt, whose husband had died and the children had moved away after growing up. Jussi Hakulinen. was so very talented from a young age.

Interesting, but a great choise for a reaction. The song is from 80s and I used to hear it quite a lot when I was a kid. The impressive part, in my opinion, are the lyrics as they are quite deep and thoughtful. Those were written by the singer Jussi Hakulinen when he was 16 years old, if I recall correctly. And as a finn, I am amused that you see our language similar to spanish with rolling r's. I have heard similar from my friends abroad that it sounds like twisted version of italian. :D

Jussi Hakulinen made all good Yö songs, like this. When Jussi left the band, it was then just a coverband with no songwriters and constantly changing lineups. YÖ in Finnish means Night.

If anyone likes this - Parrasvalot - is another gem.Yö was really popular but Jussi stay aside finally and left, he was the really behind this band.When Yö needed hit after declining, they have to kindly ask for a help for a hit.Olli Lindholm was known as lead singer but he was no so good singing and making music.
