Great Message Tu! We (America) are so skilled as a nation at training & creating spectacular combat warriors of all levels and skill sets, then we toss them away like rags when their commitment is finished. The Ancients knew, that after Life and Death Combat, Men and some Women, had to be "stepped down" before they could be integrated back into civilized (though I wonder these days) society. Meditation was the key methodology on every continent, from every warrior tradition around the world. I would go so far as to suggest that every combat vet, go through a mandatory one-three month, paid, meditation retreat, along with any necessary therapeutic counseling, starting with one to two hours per day increasing to as many as 4-6 hours of meditation practice per day, BEFORE, they are returned to society. As always, a soldier, sailor, marine or airman's loved ones would and should be encouraged to participate. This should be a Military-wide program.

Those of us who follow the path of the warrior never leave the path. Our mission simply shifts and new goals are adopted. I believe your idea is awesome and America ought to adopt it!

Bitching about the snow doesn't change how much snow there is, only how you feel about it. Live now, learn to accept that things are and that your perception of them determines whether they are good or bad. Great message, and a great way of life, but you have to practice at it every day.

These same ideas were taught to me as a young man to aid me in dealing with anger and heightened aggression, nearing 30 years later, while working in stressful professional settings, I now am calm, focused and a leader who is tasked with getting things done under pressure as my outward appearance and demeanor creates an atmosphere for my colleagues to remain the same, all while my inner voice wants to go rip someone apart. There truly are no stressors out there you cannot cope with and overcome. As Tu said, you must learn to live in that moment, to remain a bobber in turbulent water. That may mean second by second but cool heads prevail.

I am a music producer for a living and every day I am at the frequency where I want to be. Music is good for you, and if you can make it and thus make what you want to hear from the heart, your inner peace and frequency is exactly as it should be. All resonating in harmony, leading to know when you or others are not in harmony. So as soon as I am out of harmony I know how to fix that and remove myself from any dissonance. I live by my inner compass and I keep the needle straightforward. Thanks Tu

My fiancee is experiencing anxiety from the uncertainty that current events are causing. I'm trying to share with her the peace that comes from meditating on scripture and how God has a plan for us that involves a good outcome: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, said the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." (Jeremiah 29:11) We become what we focus on. If you focus on the positive, on what is holy, that is what you will become through daily discipline.

@The Dude I know what ya mean Tu’s video on remembering your “why” was exactly what I needed to hear precisely when I need to hear it. The Spirit works in all sorts of ways when your ears and eyes are open to hear/see. I too struggles with living sanely in a world of insanity. A couple of military insights that might be of help for you. They helped me keep my focus when I’m in a shit cyclone. Always faithful, always forward and keep your body fit, your mind sharp & your kit ready. The military has went to shit and this treason has transpired on their watch. We vets need to stay at the ready or as ready as we can be with all factors considered. I’ve trained many Americans with rifles helping them transition to American riflemen or riflewomen . We need to share what we know with as many people as we can to help each other help themselves. Remember iron sharpens iron. Stay strong brother 💪🙏🇺🇸✝️☮️
