this was a great example of what's possible if you just keep tabs on spending and lifestyle wants.

This is the video i was waiting for... So does having your office in your home Cause a lease issue? I know some places have it as a no no.. Wasnt sure if they know about your business and are ok with it or if your flying under the radar by just omitting to tell them? Other than that question great video.

This property is a major advocate of young entrepreneurs and supports all business owners who live here using the space for business. Great point, Raver, and luckily no lease issues here.

In Las Vegas, there are buildings called "LoftWorks" which is a business space with a loft above attached to live in🤔
@michaelswidowich81357 жыл бұрын
So looks like you were paying an expense of ~$3625 for an office space that you converted to ~$1445 in rent (which is now mixed use) ? If the office space was in the suburbs, I would think the new space in prime location would be more costly......how did you negotiate this drastically reduced expense ? Thanks
@VIPFinancialEd7 жыл бұрын
It's all about finding the right place for your needs. This property is a major advocate of young entrepreneurs and supports all business owners who live here using the space for business. I save the office expense because I am able to utilize free office space in the property I live, again it goes back to finding the right place to fit your needs.

I wonder how your outlook would change with children and a wife in the picture lol aside from that- you're a freaking GENIUS!!🤯 it's why I love learning from you! And that spreadsheet is amazing!!! I am using it every month!

SopranoJessi haha well, I’m ‘fixed’ so no kids possible, but considering my better half KellyAnne and I met in the building and now live together, we share the game plan. :) Thanks so much for your viewership,...stay tuned for even better on the way, friend.

I love the mindset, it's all about the perspective. I'm from NYC, out here in LA now and I love living near the Grove because I have the best of both worlds. I have a bungalow still apartment with a patio, 50 ft from the pool and hot tub and we have an onsite theater, activities room and gym (extra charges here) Also I have a new equinox being built out on Wilshire and Curson so it will be primo for growing my practice with new high networth clients while getting fit in walking distance to my home office. Would love to have a consultation with you and see how we can create some synergy?

Wow, thank you for sharing! I know this is an older video but it's still so very relevant. Although we may have some time to consider this option since we are a multi-generational family (children & parents living with us), it definitely gives us something to really think about in the years ahead.

Layla Dundalli Good question Layla, but it's still a great chess move if he was able to decrease his outflow by $5,000. He still owns the property he moved from. It actually provides more flexibility to purchase the next property. 😎

Good deal dude, in your opinion, is better rent than own? Not just for Bussiness, but for a regular person.? I learn with you guys how to manage my money and no buy more liabilities until I can afford them, your help with how to bank and how to follow my spends (Mint), help me every single day. Look forward to having a session with you guys. I am currently working on getting my 800 USD (500 cash flow + 300 VIP membership) cash flow and 750 credit score.
