I admire Kelly partly for the heights he's reached.
But even more for the DECADES, he's spent up there!
His longevity is not only special, it's unmatched by any human ever. When the GOAT talks, we all should be listening.
I've been modeling his lifestyle for years but recently I followed his complete, morning 'til night routine.
I did it so I could FEEL like him, to make sure I'm on the path to be surfing with my GREAT grandchildren.

My biggest take-aways are:

• ANYONE can surf until they die
