I’m from liverpool and I live in Norris Green and I go to crocky park as us Scousers call it and I always take my drone over there every weekend and I’ve never heard of anything of a so called council police lol 😂 there’s a difference between city watch and city safe. City safe are a security firm that work for the council in the parks around merseyside and the cemeteries to respond to any reports of criminality issues as they also are the key holders of the gates and barriers that are in place to prevent any criminals from driving vehicles or off-road motorcycles that can cause a nuisance but that’s all as they don’t have any powers to physically touch you as they are first responders whilst they wait for the police to attend.

There is a partial truth in this but not in the way he would like 'us' to think. The council do have greater power of entry than the Police but his would be associated with Environmental Health Teams where they believe that there is an imminent threat to life, A gas fire leaking carbon monoxide, and Electrical fault. And that power is under the Housing Act, when I worked for a council, the police often used to contact us to try to gain access to a property they wanted to search under the guise of life threatening risks in the home, naturally we would refuse.
