Hey 👋🏽 Ashley! Love your videos! They encourage me so much. I have always been a dancer, I love it. Dancing kept me in shape. I now partake in Zumba dance. I also was going to dance Aerobics at one point. Covid changed everything. Back to Zumba once a wk, when I feel like going. I was diagnosed with lymphedema, and just recently Rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve felt fatigue and didn’t know why. Joints were hurting in my fingers and everywhere. I didn’t feel like myself on the inside. I’m taking medicine now. I’m feeling a little better. I have been to my Zumba class. I push myself. But my weight is an issue for me bcuz I only have thyroid on one side. So it’s harder to lose weight. I’m not giving up. Thank u for the encouragement!😇💖

I started my weight-loss journey on May 11th and as of today down 28 lbs. It's going slower than I would like, but it's going. My goal is to drop 80 lbs total for health purposes.

I’m so glad you made the statement, make workout fun! I was conditioned that a hard, extreme workouts were the way to go. Which at the end, I didn’t enjoy and wasn’t consistent. I love to dance, so I’m sure your videos will definitely help me. Thank you for all you do!

Thanx Ashley. I’m determined to get this weight off. I’m having a problem dealing with Thyroid only on one side, lymphedema, high blood pressure & most recently Rheumatoid arthritis. That left me feeling fatigued. But I’m being treated for it & feel a little better. I’ve lost but not as much as I used to. My goal is to be at my ideal weight by May. I allot of work to do! Great question! I started lifting weights after I lost the weight. Before then it was diet and dance workouts. You can pick and choose where you lose it so I lost total body fat until it came off my arms and legs. Hope that answers your question! 🎉🥳

Tbh my goal is purely for aesthetics and self esteem. I’m tired of feeling like I’m unattractive and I’m accepting that. My goal really isn’t for holistic reasons as that’s just an automatic benefit of working out.
