Things that are helping me is #1 i bought a bmi scale. It's not that expensive anymore, and it goes farther than just how much you weigh. #2 i do the 16/8 fast where i don't eat anything passed 8pm. until 12pm the next day. #3 i eat as healthy as i can #4 i don't tempt myself with unhealthy foods in my home, BUT, like you said, i don't beat myself up if i eat a pizza. Congrats to you!!!

I’ve wasted so much money on gym memberships, took me a long time to realize that It wasn’t exercise that I disliked, it was going to the gym. I started buying things to create my own workout space at home, my mom gym, now I can exercise any time of the day and I love it. I’m not a hardcore pulse pounding exerciser, I just focus on doing things that I don’t dread doing…walking my dog in my neighborhood, riding my recumbent bike while watching a movie, doing a walking dvd, using fitness bands, sometimes dancing to music in my living room, just daily movement…the weight comes right off if ur consistent with movement and eating as healthy as u can.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Not going to lie, it was difficult getting through the video because of how many time you said “umm”. Might be easier to jot down your thoughts so you’re not stumbling while you’re making your video. Hope that helps.
