Wow Graham, you have really melted haven't you! It was so nice to watch this and hear your accent and see your great success! I am happy for you. I'm happy finally the insurance I have is covering mine as well so am plodding along, going to do my first PT tomorrow, don't know what they will do to me. I have had all the prerequisites done except for the psyc eval and the rest of my journaling with a nutritionist. I'm doing everything they tell me to do, and happy it is finally covered, as I couldn't afford the cost of it on my own. It was good to see how well you are doing

Hello Graham. I know you no longer make any videos on this channel. I do follow you on facebook and you look amazing. So happy you are doing such good work and helping others in the gym. I wanted to catch up with you here to tell you that after 5 years of struggeling with my VSG and not losing enough weight I have decided to continue on with the D S part of the surgery. My surgery date is Jan 9th, 2017. Wish me Luck!! I hope I do as well as you have my friend.

HELLO GRAHAM!! just wanted to send you an updated reply to tell you I am doing good....don't make videos much anymore, but I'm thinking of doing one soon to update my you tube friends on my life. My DS surgery was done in Jan 2017 went well....lost another 90 pounds but not thrilled with the time I'm always spending in the bathroom ...sometimes just barely making it to the throne in time : ( We are waiting here in America to see who will be our President....elections ended yesterday. I'm Hoping our country will continue to prosper, much has changed with the Corona Virus that is supposedly screwing up our world every and every one walking around with masks on their face....looks like a scene from a spooky movie....I am not sure how much of this virus thing is real and how much of it is just a bunch of exaggerated Hype....People have gotten flu bugs for years and the world is still turning. I think of you often and I hope you and your family are doing well. sending you much love. Lucille : )
