Everything seems scary. You don't trust people, not even yourself. Inside you just feel like standing on a tower of chairs high-up in the sky, trying to keep balance. Being without confidence feels like being without yourself.

I resonate with this. I had the best 3 months of my life from January-March... the most successful, fulfilled, and confident I've ever felt. But now, I feel like all my confidence is gone. Like it was shattered almost overnight even... so yeah, I feel frustrated and disillusioned. But I am taking steps in solitude to just take care of myself, even restarted therapy. Maybe I need to humble myself and "start from scratch" as well.

I choose for myself this year and let everyone one go and isolate myself I am trying to go to the gym everyday and walk I write thing down and do the research about things that I found interesting. I reprogram my mind with your program. I eat most of the time organic food and drink water from a ph worth of 9,5 But also I am at school and there are happing a lot of things that I don’t want to be in a lot of negative situations and I try to isolate myself from it but they don’t see it that way they think I should be involved with the class… I try I figure out a lot of thing going to a therapist and me aware of my environment and what I eat and drink and the habits I have that I wanna change. The craziest part is that the same type of people try to be in my environment and I think that is my challenge

I had to stop rejecting myself first, accepting myself was key and difficult. There was a meditation book called 30 Days to Overcome Rejection by Harper Daniels that I liked a lot.

Eventually it will be a one way ticket. The destruction of the ego is necessary, to become empty, empty, most people are scared to death for this concept. But it is necessary, not only do the monks and apretence in eastern teachings know this, so do supressed Christian mystics, wich died at the the stakes for refusing to state untruths, their dedication was unshaken, even when feeling the heat of the fire, and smelling the burning of the flesh. The wou'd scream in anguish, some remain dead silent, but all where determined, prepared and where expecting to die for truth. I would like to engage in a gentleman's discourse, I prefer to do this in public, but I think we should give each other the chance to do this in private first. But I expect you will not accept this offer, then I will release my objections and the reasoning on the public domain, not because I am malevolent but because I hold truth above all

Any suggestions what to do when these vampires and npc's are friends of your spouse. She had this friend, wo is always in trouble, never had friends longer then half a year or so. Doesn't even realise ego exist I asked her if she at least recognized her thought processes afterwards. She turned out never have only a second out of ego, she was so not aware of her ego dhr she could not reflex. And everytime I ask her a question she startles. But to my spouse, she puts on a another mask. She is so in her ego, se will keep on saying the car is blue while everybody knows and confirms it is red

You still aren't explaining how to deal with my family actively doing things to get me fired or make me quit every time I get employed. The most recent is one of them showing up on my second day while I was in my break and saying "You got a new job." And I said yes. And he answered, "Let's see if you can hang onto it. " Then he went inside and told my coworkers the usual things about me that aren't true, and then left, smiling that mean smile. For what? I know two reasons that stated it, and they're stupid. But I do not understand why the others are doing this after 5 decades for that evil woman. And I was very happy and positive up to that point. I certainly wasn't thinking about any of them. And I did think that things would be better because I had heard she is dying and senile. Surely they have more important things to do than carry on this insane agenda. And then this happened. And I started having weird encounters with coworkers. What stops this nonsense?
