@@You-sw7tm effectively, yes, since abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. Everyone has abs, but to get them to show, you need a low enough bodyfat percentage. The best way to get there, is through a mixed use of diet and cardio. But you can get abs with just diet.

Sylwester what I also kept asking myself if there was something else in his milkshake to be quite " that " lean or defined while still quite beefy is questionable in 3 month unless he had an insane help of a coach or was physically active before. I am willing to give the recipe a try but more or less disappointed when titles mislead and are not covering the entire information.

It literally contains almonds, calcium carbonate, Sea Salt, Potassium Citrate, Sunflower Lecithin, Gellan Gum, and natural vitamin E. Maybe that's what that white stuff is, essentially. One of the many reasons people struggle to lose weight is that they cannot easily break free from what they perceive as "flavor". We've been programmed to enhance everything we eat or drink our whole lives. If almond milk helps "tip the scale" in favor leading a healthier lifestyle, let the "white water" flow free.

I've found overripe avocados taste like overripe bananas without the starch and sugar. That would be my choice. (BTW: avocado freezes beautifully). It also means you can use them, rather than toss them out, if you miss that seemingly 30 minute window when they're good 😉. As for that chocolate syrup, you are not wrong! It's absolutely vile!

Try coffee with tiny amount of cream. Technichally it breaks a fast, but 10 calories or so will not hurt you since it's a way to help you avoid eating. It worked for me and I look at it as, if it helps me reach my goal, so be it. I was hardcore fasting, but my metabolism has adjusted after being near perfect for 8 months, and I realize what I did wrong with daily intermittent fasting.

Wow, tried the non-banana version and it's absolutely delicious and so much easier to make than all the baking oreo-based recipes out there. Definitely going to meal prep this in bulk in the future, just blending all the non-ice ingredients together into a large container then adding 1.5 cups of ice into a single-serve blending cup with a serving of mix when I want one.

For someone who's trying to lose weight, keto or not, it's still the calorie deficit that matters at the end of the day. A banana has less calories than an avocado which lowers the total calories so it makes sense. Plus, he's using it as a preworkout shake, so a minimal amount of carbs for muscle glycogen is probably a net positive.

You can easily sub frozen avocado for the banana! Also all you have to do is search the word keto on his site and you will find all of his keto recipes in one place!!! His others though just a couple substitutes can take them from low carb or gluten free to keto simply Google the ingredient you need to swap out and then add “keto substitute” after the ingredient and you will find yourself a whole slew of lower in carb options to choose from!!!

This looks unhealthy. I’m willing to bet there are “natural flavors”, various gums, sucralose or some other artificial sweetener that all cause the same glycemic spike as regular sugar except monkfruit, and god knows whatever else they put in that stuff. Also, you lose weight through a calorie deficit. If you’re burning more calories than you’re consuming then you’ll lose weight. But what you fuel your body MATTERS. As we’re all coming to realize when it comes to studies on gut health and how processed foods wreck havoc on it. I think what you made looks tasty but, it’s irresponsible on your part to advertise this as a weight loss magic shake.

I think this may be the first video of yours I’ve ever watched that didn’t include carb count in the total recipe 🤷🏽♀️ I guess there are many variables when it comes to the ingredients. Looks so good tho. Going to try it out!

you do not lose weight by eating something. you lose weight by not eating something. I know that might be obvious but believe me despite the description some people simply do not understand.

He didn't say this was a keto recipe. If you want to make it keto you can definitely tweak the ingredients to make it lower in carbs and sugar. I don't do keto anymore so I'm going to try this out.

Appreciate that the shake satiates you, but on top of this, what else had you incorporated to lose the 20lbs? Fitness regime, calorie restriction, solely keto diet (although the banana wouldn't really work for that diet)...
