Hey there ! I thought it would be good to spread this. Recently, genshin has been using Latin America for their insporation of Natlan. They've used names of gods from different cultures. (Eg. Mavuika, Ororon.) They have been white washing these characters based off of real gods in different cultures and have a lack of people of color. Out of all the characters in Natlan only one character has dark skin, her skin is barely dark though. So maybe by posting it here maybe I could get more attention to this , theres a whole petition and people are boycotting HYV, even voice actors are standing with this. I'd a appreciate it if all who see this likes to boost. And maybe also if the poster sees this pin? HYV has shown time and time again that they are able to accurately represent cultures but they don't do so with Natlan. Please spread the message ! ^^

you definitely haven’t completed the archon quest. Spoilers ahead! At the start, when FURINA said she was a god she was very simple about it. But, people didn’t view her as a god because of it. They thought she was just like them so no point in taking her seriously. She immediately put a grand act because that’s what the people wanted. She suffered for 500 years wanting to tell somebody about her problems but viewed it as selfish of her.

People here be finding it funny the way she said "you know, the god ?", while I'm just having chills. Foçalor never got to be someone. She didn't even have a name before the role of "god" was forced upon her shortly after becoming human. It is just so sad for me to hear her simple, almost nonchalent self-description. Because this isn't her. This isn't who she wants to be, who she was and will be. This is nothing. She is no one, has never been anyone, and will never be. She's just a place holder for a title, condemned to a secluded existence until the final claps. In a sense, both Foçalor and Furina were forced into a role they didn't want. If Furina never got to fully live until now, Foçalor is the one who was never even born.
