That starving pirate that Sanji fed was Gin. He was part of Don Krieg’s crew. In Mihawk’s introduction, we were watching him wipe out Gin’s armada.

@@itsashreacts it was stretched out a bit more in the manga. There were more survivors, including Don himself. One neat thing in the Hawkeye scene is that one of the other notable survivors, one of Kriegs Lieutenants, is lying dead by Krieg when he confronts the Swordsman. They made a point to dress up a corpse that showed up for a hot second. 😂 (Similarly, one of the prominent Black Cat Pirates who doesn’t show up is a guy who hangs out on Mirror Ball Island. Zoro asked if he’d seen Kuro there, but nope, Kuro insists he doesn’t go there. So we don’t see that guy! It’s some nice Easter eggs they did for the people they skipped)

Garp used to fight a lot of stronger pirates in the grand line, and mihawk is only a smidge of how ridiculously powerful all pirates that is waiting in the grandline so yeah! Garp,mihawk,shanks is top tier OP characters in the series that dont have any devil fruit

If you're wondering how the gang was paying for their drinks, I just assumed that Nami, Zoro, and Usopp do have money on them. Nami is a thief, so presumably she will always have some dough on her. Zoro used to be a bounty hunter and Usopp worked at a shipyard (they probably still have some money on them). The only one with zero Berry is Luffy 😂😂😂

23:50 Mihawk said that he would take Luffy after he's done with Zoro. Since he didn't kill Zoro, ther duel is not over, thus he cannot go for Luffy until Zoro is alive, since that would be dishonest.

Actual wounds are so freaking gnarly. I would love to just have a clean slash across my chest that left a cool scar. I just had a cyst on my back removed that they had to leave open so it would heal properly. It was almost an inch deep and I had to clean it every day with alcohol and an antibacterial ointment. It made my skin fucking crawl to look at and hurt so badly that I had to put a towel in my mouth to keep from screaming every time I dabbed alcohol on it. That went on for almost a month. That's why we love fantasy stories. Real life is so much more awful and the repurcussions of the risks that we take are so much more intense. I'd try to be the world's greatest swordsman too if the worst thing that happened to me was passing out for a day or two, but in real life living in a completely normal way is much more painful than anything that these guys go through. I had an e-coli infection when I was 14 that almost killed me. Do you have any idea how painful and scary that shit is? You don't want to know. It's hell. I remember begging the doctors to kill me and them actually considering it.

In anime, Usopp drunk never happened. And it turns out, it's the best. Many of the characters were well done. Usopp improved 10 folds.

Mihawk is based on the Spanish conquistadors you can see in the clothing the hat the Cross because Spanish conquistadors were really religious people also the way he speaks and background music is Spanish. Mihawk no devil's fruit he is just a stronger one piece world humans can achieve greatness powers without devil's fruits also Mihawk is very honorable pirate but also introverted so he is one man show Mihawk is just at sample of how strongers are the pirates in the Grand line. Awesome reaction 👍

I think you are mistaken. This is not an anime adaptation, it's a MANGA adaptation. So if you like it, you should rather consider reading the source material which is the manga. The anime is notoriously bad...
