I’ve never used blanket yarn, but I’ve started collecting the Premier Chenille from the Dollar.25 Tree. I’ve purchased some Bernat Velvet yarn. I’m loving those lovies you made. We don’t have grandkids yet, but I may make some to donate.

I understand your frustration. All the blanket type yarns are different and you have to just plan to the changes. I use a resin hook and it will be no bigger than a 7mm just in case the yarn changes from skein to skein on me.

Enjoyed your video again 🌸 I don't use velvet/chenille yarn a lot, but they are for sure not all the same. I think I will always prefer cotton or acrylic to the blanket type yarn, but will use it every now and then. I'm looking forward to the Fall collab 🥳

Hello! Thank you! I used the Mamma Made Minis Maeve Mouse Pattern and did the pink color change on the second row ( I think ) of the body and when I got to where I wanted the ruffle I crocheted in the back loops so I could go back and used those front loops to build the skirt. I went back and added the straps and collar for the dress with needle and yarn. The book was Angelina Ballerina.💖🥰

What is easier to use? Clover plastic or Clover Armour aluminum? Why would someone want one over the other?

I prefer the aluminum. I have used the clover plastic for larger hook sizes because they don’t have them in aluminum. I think it’s 6mm and up.

can you tell me how you get your bobbles to look so good! i do the bobble just like they tell me to but mine lookk smaller and not as prounced if that makes sense.

I take the end of my hook or my finger and push them out. I hope this helps. 🥰

Hi, I am a knitter and brand new to crochet. I have a unicorn lovey pattern from lesaknits and I'm not sure how to get starter with: " ...start in second chain from the hook sc 4, sc 3 into the last chain (turn the crocheting and on the other side of the foundation chain workd) sc 3, sc 2 inyo the last loop [12]. Then start the crocheting in spirals inc, 3 sc (inc) *3 times, sc 3, (inc)..." can someone please help me

Hello!! When I started crocheting, I watched a lot of tutorials and found what worked for me. It took me a while before I began to read patterns. I will try to get a beginner tutorial video out soon! Don't give up. I am trying to learn to knit. ✌️🏻🤟🏻🧶

I have washed stuffies in a lingerie bag, on gentle, and lay flat to dry. I have not had a problem doing that.

Bernat changed their formula for blanket yarn. All blanket yarn is not the same. You have an older formula for your brown that you are struggling with. 😊

Baby yarn just means it went through more safety (chemical) testing. It doesn’t refer to the yarn thickness and such.
