Gojo's eyes are so clear and blue- it's so beautiful yet eerie in a divine manner compared to the darker eyes of other characters. It really shows he's a dimension higher than the others on design alone, but he's modest enough to hide it so he doesn't show off unless provoked into it. And even with the blindfold, you still get the impression of someone very impressive beneath a goofy personality- think Joker from Flame of Recca or Nanashi from Mär.
