I noticed you said there was a difference between the two different brands of engine mounts. With the current one mounting the engine more level. I am mainly concerned with which one maintains the correct driveline angle? This is important to control u joint wear and vibration.

I have tejas in my K5 and it cruises down the highway at 85 with no vibration and I never touched a thing.
