VANITY, 21, from Arizona, has given birth to three children by the tender age of 21 and has received a huge amount of online hate for being such a young mother of three. Vanity told Truly: "People think because I'm young, I'm a terrible mum to my three children - but they're wrong." When Vanity first fell pregnant aged 18, her family were shocked but remained incredibly supportive of the challenging path that she chose for herself. Vanity admits that she never thought she would go on to be a mum to three children at 21 and sometimes does wonder that she may be missing out on being young and carefree with her friends. She decided to take her story to social media and was hit with a torrent of negative comments that really affected her. Vanity said: "The judgement that I have from online trolls is really ridiculous; I 'should've got an abortion', she 'looks slow' and I 'need to call animal control'. It kinda broke my heart a little bit." Despite the hate that Vanity has received, she's happy with the choices she has made and plans to have more children in the future. She added: "To the people who criticized me online, it's not your life to live, we all have different paths and this is the path I chose to go down."

TRUTH... I had 3 kids by *19* years old (all boys), and then my 4th came at 24 (My girl) 😊. They are seriously the best decision I've ever made in my life. I grew up with my kids and now at 47 my entire life is mine to live with nothing holding me back. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat 💞 Not every teen mom is horrible lol. All 4 of my kids have the same dad and we were together for over 30 years. (Separated for the past 4, and that's ok because WE outgrew each other and are happier apart). But my kids always have been and always will be my world.

They left a lot of information out of this story, her living situation, how she affords things, where is the father etc. I don’t think teens and young adults which 18-20 is barely an adult realize that parenting comes with a huge physical, emotional and financial responsibility. 17/18 even in 20’s should be enjoying their childhood and going to school or working towards their future. no way in hell anyone is going to tell me that a 21 year old can afford to live especially with 3 kids age 2 and under! There are grown adults that can’t even afford living expenses and that is with a college degree and a job especially with covid going on. I think because she grew up as one of ten her mother being young herself having 11 kids I don’t think she even thinks anything of having 3 kids at 21. Pregnancy is very preventable 18 or not I would have had a discussion with my child and the doctor after the first one or esp after the second one. Give yourself a chance to create a future for yourself before kids come in to play they didn’t have a choice coming into this world and they deserve everything! With that said, she does seem to be level headed in the way of she presents herself well and seems to care for her children.

For being 21 she is doing a good job she seems so patient to I would probably go crazy I had my 1st son at 15 and I'm so glad I had my mom because I was able to finish high school but my mom was sick and I took care of my mom to and then 23 when I had my 2nd son my mom passed in October and I'm now 32 and am having a girl in September with out my mom this time I'm so scared but I know I got this and yes I'm still with my 1st baby dad all my kids have the same father even though my oldest and 2nd son are 7 years apart and my 2nd son and this baby is going to be 10 years apart me and there dad have been together for 18 almost 19 years ..

My mom had 4 kids by the age of 22. Not something I would want for myself and she always talks about how she didn’t have a full life always trying to party and escape from us. It’s hard to have a balance of for filling your child’s needs while you need to experience a independent life in order to grow as an individual. I had 3 kids by *19* years old (all boys), and then my 4th came at 24 (My girl) 😊. They are seriously the best decision I've ever made in my life. I grew up with my kids and now at 47 my entire life is mine to live with nothing holding me back. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat 💞 Not every teen mom is horrible lol. All 4 of my kids have the same dad and we were together for over 30 years. (Separated for the past 4, and that's ok because WE outgrew each other and are happier apart). But my kids always have been and always will be my world. I've also lost over 200lbs and had 20lb of skin removed lol, so it feels like I'm every person you bring on this channel combined into one lol. I relate to sooo many of these stories 🙄

I’m sorry to disagree but I had my daughter at 19 my husband was 18 I did not miss out on enjoying my life, I worked and had school but also enjoyed doing everything with her , I didn’t miss out on anything, if anything she gave me purpose and I loved going to her sports and dance, she’s now in her twenties in school and I don’t regret a thing. Everyone’s story is different and this is just mine but having children young doesn’t mean u miss out on anything if anything she gave me more , we travel together and get to share experiences, no regrets for me

One of the most important decisions you will make in your life is the person that we choose to marry and have kids with because they will have a positive or negative effect on you and your children lives.
