I'm going to be 59 and started getting into shape again. It's a struggle but I have also included some other kinds of physical challenges. I switched from my riding mower to a push mower: that one change alone with all my grass on 2 1/2 acres has made a huge impact in my physical abilities. I just started adding in jump roping and a kettlebell routine as well. Thank you for your content & keep it flowing.

I’m around 25 percent body fat rn . I want a lean aesthetic physique ( kinda like boxer) but I have no gym access. I only have a heavy rope and body weight. Would that possible to get ?

I do 4 days of gym with 20 mins of skipping each time + 1 days of Pilates and rest on the weekends, I've found that it can. be too much at times (I'm 52) but I can manage overall, with 1 full week of rest in case I get sick with the flu or similar - as of currently.

You're crushing it!💪 If it's feeling like too much try sliding an extra rest day between workouts (following most intense day). It may allow you to recover a bit better without impacting your current plan.
