Don't Ever try to change anyone, it is exhausting and futile...what you can do is change how/if that person fits into your life or not...I have gotten many people out of my life over the years, and it has served me well. I do not tolerate people who bug me.I do not have the time to do that. free yourself.

I truly loved a woman once when I was 23. She was having my child. I was breaking to pieces inside. I knew she was moving on. She went ahead with a termination. I was not good enough for her and her family were rich and didn’t approve of me. I am a good hardworking person but she was pressed by her family. I walked away, 68 now and my soul is scarred until the day I die.

@@scottys1423 no. She may of me depending how her life turned out. It made me realise I was boring. I mean money and cars ect makes men seem exciting to women and she was a looker. A guy working hard forging a future through life is unappealing to most women from backgrounds of money( looser me) , however it’s taken years of hard work and now I’ve made it. I’ve got a nice house on Dartmoor ( moved away shortly after it happened, from the midlands) and I’m well off. But one thing it’s made me realise the love of money and the desire for it can lead to a dark path. Yes I’m married and told my wife of this prior to our marriage and am happily married now. I was young at the time and I must admit I never really got over it. I just try to forget. It’s very hard and I sometimes relive it at night in dreams that are nightmares.
